This Old Chair

Back in 1970 I was five years old. I had a "girlfriend" across the street. My love life was better then than it is now (LOL)! I lived in Illinois and there was a cornfield in my back yard. My favorite song was "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" by B.J. Thomas. I played it and sang it to my "girlfriend" over the phone, according to my Mom. I had my first record player and I wore out that 45 RPM record so badly I had to get a new one. And this was the chair that I sat on at the dinner table...
