High Risk of Severe Weather, North Alabama, 4/7/06

I think this is the first time the SPC ever issued a High Risk the day before the "event". The High Risk for North Alabama was first issued around noon today. I do not recall this ever having been done before. Also, if you look back at the SPC convective outlook for April 8, 1998, it is eerily similar to tomorrow's outlook.
