Yesterday I ate at a Decatur dining "institution" with some of my co-workers. C.F. Penns specializes in good old-fashioned burgers cooked in grease. I ordered a double cheeseburger "all the way". If you want to reduce the grease a little bit, be sure to ask for one that's "well-drained".
